Nancy, our customer service manager, has been working with us since 1991.  Starting as a cashier, and moving into a customer service position, Nancy has experienced all angles of the front end, and can offer help with almost any issue at the check-out counter or customer service desk.  Nancy is a familiar face, and knows many customers by name.  Her positive attitude is essential to our great customer service, and she makes sure those working at the front desk are polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.
 

What do you like about Customer Service?

"I love Western Union," Nancy says, "It allows me to talk to people sending money all over the world.  Some people come in happy to send money to a loved one.  It's nice."  Nancy has also been able to help people being frauded; talking them out of sending money to a scam.  People are always happy for her help and prompt service.  Nancy and her team at Customer Service make service personal.
